Any withdrawals should be emailed to [email protected] as soon as possible or on Saturday texted to 07540125976 before 5.15. This is important so that we do not have empty lanes. No refunds will be given for withdrawals without a medical certificate.
Please remember if any swimmer has any taping this must be reported to the Team Managers and agreed with the Referee before the warm up. If possible you should have a medical/physio letter supporting the use of the taping.
No swimmer should have any wrist/ankle bands/jewelry or watches/pacing devices. Only small bags will be permitted poolside. Swimmers should not have mobile phones on poolside.All swimmers should have a Club Polo Top to wear poolside and should swim with a Club Hat.
As a reminder the Venue is at Ravelin Sports Centre Cambridge Road Portsmouth PO1 2SE , there maybe on street parking but there is also a pay car park under the pool with number plate recognition and card /phone payment only - four hours is £6. The entrance is off Museum Road. Please be aware that getting into Portsmouth may be busy.
Registration will take place in the front of the venue foyer on the Ground Floor nearest the pool. Registration is from 5.00pm to 5.15pm. Warm Up starts at 5.30pm. Event starts at 6.00pm and will be finished at 8.30pm. Swimmers can enter changing rooms from 5.15pm. No swimmers may go poolside until a coach/team manager is poolside.
All poolside spectator seats have now been sold no one else ( other than swimmers officials and the poolside volunteers) will be permitted into the poolside area. All other spectators will be able to view the pool from the venue foyer where seats will be provided.
Kit Sales, Programmes and Raffle Tickets will be available from the Registration Desk until 5.50pm.
Please can those volunteers helping with Registration, Kit Sales Raffle Door Entry and Recording be at the venue at 4.45pm. Can Team Managers/Coaches please take responsibility for the swimmers in the changing rooms and on poolside from 5.15pm. All Officials please wear white tops and black/white bottoms and check in with Nicki Long/Referee poolside at 5.20pm.
If you have any questions please ask at the Swim Desk on Friday evening and please be generous and donate a raffle prize and bring it to the desk on Friday.
