Annual CCSC Membership & Swim England Registration Renewal 2023

It is essential that EVERY swimmer renews their Annual CCSC Club & Swim England membership and also updates the information that we hold on Swim Club Manager so we can keep our records up to date.

You will have received an email regarding this.

You will need to click on the link in the email which will take you to the renewal page. Please note that due to GDPR the link is only available for 30 minutes after you access it. If you do not complete the form within that time you will have to be sent a new link.

Every swimmer has an SCM account and an individual login, if you have more than one swimmer in your family you must log in for each swimmer. Please check the details that we have for you as these are the details that are registered with Swim England and also the details that we use to contact you. You may register two email addresses if you want to.

Swim England membership is essential for every swimmer as they are not insured without it; therefore any swimmer who has not renewed and made payment by February 1st  2023 will not be allowed to enter the water for training after this date. Every swimmer must also be up to date with their monthly subscriptions and other outstanding payments otherwise their membership will not be renewed. This will be strictly enforced so please renew and settle any arrears as soon as possible. You can check your account by logging in to SCM. In addition, I will be sending statements to all those with outstanding balances shortly. Invoices for the renewal fees will also be sent out shortly.

MEMBERSHIP FEE: £40 for Compete (Cat 2)  and £20 for Train (Cat 1). The fees have been increased this year by Swim England Sussex ASA and S E England Region and to cover all our Support Category Fees for Volunteers.  Train (Category 1) is only available for Master Swimmers who do not want to compete in higher-level competitions. Please make payment by BACS directly to the  Club bank account. Barclays Bank Plc Sort Code 20-20-65 Account Number 20953695. Payment must be received by the 31st of January 2023. Please put the name of the swimmer and 'Renewal' in the bank reference. If you cannot make a BACS payment cheques can be made payable to Chichester Cormorants Swimming Club (CCSC). Please put the name of the swimmer on the back of the cheque and pass them to the Treasurer. 

Membership covers membership of the Club, Swim England,  Swim South East Region, and Sussex County from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023.

This is a massive task for me so please bear with me and help make the process as smooth as possible.
