Outstanding Invoices

The Clubs's financial year end is the 31st August 2023. It would be appreciated if before you go off on your summer holidays you could please check your accounts in Swim Club Manager and settle any outstanding invoices as soon as possible so that I can finalise the year end and the accounts. I will shortly send statements taking into account any credit notes to all those that have outstanding invoices so please check your inbox/spam.
Your attention to this would be very much appreciated.
Any outstanding invoices still unpaid as at 31/08/2023 will be subject to a £10 late payment administration fee to cover the additional time that I need to spend dealing with these. It is much easier for you to check your one account than for me to check and chase over 130 accounts.
