Summer Timetable 8th August to 31st August 2022

Mondays:

  • Academy: 6-7pm
  • Performance Junior: 7-9pm
  • Performance Elite: 7-9pm

No Swimming on 29th August 2022 due to Bank Holiday.

Wednesdays:

  • Academy: 6-7pm
  • Performance Junior: 7-8pm
  • Performance Elite: 7-9pm
  • Masters: 8-9pm
  • Performance Fitness: 8-9pm

The usual training programme will then resume on Monday 5th September 6-9pm.
