Summer Timetable 8th August to 31st August 2022
Mondays:
- Academy: 6-7pm
- Performance Junior: 7-9pm
- Performance Elite: 7-9pm
No Swimming on 29th August 2022 due to Bank Holiday.
Wednesdays:
- Academy: 6-7pm
- Performance Junior: 7-8pm
- Performance Elite: 7-9pm
- Masters: 8-9pm
- Performance Fitness: 8-9pm
The usual training programme will then resume on Monday 5th September 6-9pm.
