We are very sad to announce that Carol Barber passed away last week. Carol founded Chichester Cormorants Swimming Club over fifty years ago and was Head Coach for many many years. Carol continued to support the club officiating with her husband Ray for many years and successfully ran the Chichester Cormorants Swim School at Westbourne House from which many of our swimmers graduated. Carol started the very successful Primary Schools Gala. Carol was also a former past president of Sussex ASA. Carol was probably known to every young swimmer in the Chichester Area. We would like to express our condolences to Ray and Carol's family at this difficult time.
