GDPR again.....
In case you felt left out and have not had enough GDPR messages over the last few weeks, here is the one from Chichester Cormorants. You do not need to take any further action upon receiving it - we will continue to communicate with you using the contact information we hold on Swim Club Manager.
The General Data Protection Regulations come into force on 25 May 2018. In line with these, CCSC have reviewed how we communicate with you and how we handle your personal data.
In order to be able to deliver swimming training it is important that we are able to communicate with you and that we know certain elements of personal information such as telephone numbers and medical details. However, we realise how important it is to manage this data correctly, ensure that we are transparent in how we do so and establish robust processes for all to follow. That is why we use Swim Club Manager.
We are also on the process of reviewing our Privacy Policy, our Code of Conduct for swimmers and a Parents Code all of which will be available on SCM for your to view and accept.
We will continue to use SCM as our main management tool and this allows you to have control over your personal information - it allows you to see what we hold, update it as required so that it is correct and also allows you to select who we send communications to. You can review your personal information on SCM by logging on to your personal account.
