Please remember that if you have made the decision to leave the club ( and we very much hope that you do not) that you must give one clear calendar month's notice in writing preferably by email to [email protected] as all subs continued to be payable until the correct notice has been given. Once you have given notice please ensure that you cancel your standing order from the following month with your bank as we cannot do this for you and we cannot be liable for any overpayments.
