SER Open Water Champs

OPEN WATER REGIONALS Entries are well and truly open for the regional open water champs on 21 July. More details here: https://www.southeastswimming.org/open-water-competitions/. Newsletter’s very fond of this event, despite the shark-infested waters and the fact that we keep being beaten by that bloke from Eastbourne, and encourages anyone who has a hankering for distance swimming to give it a try. There are no qualification times, as the region is keen to encourage swimmers to give open water a try. Last year Cormorants scored a couple of podium places; it would be great to better that.
All entries must be made individually. The entry fees for each event is £15.00 which must be paid in full at the time of entry. Entries close at midnight Saturday 7th July.
